Get Hitting with a Buddy!
What is Buddy Hitting?
Buddy Hitting is a great way to practice and improve your strokes with a player that can match your level but can also push you out of your comfort zone to raise your game to new heights.
How does it differ from coaching?
Buddy Hitting practice is a no-coaching activity. With a Buddy Hitter you go on court and play tennis. There’s a lot of encouragement and motivation but it’s all about playing and working on your own personal game. You can just rally over the net, practice your serve and return, volleys, or just play a friendly match. There's no ball feeding or instructional advice during the session.
What about 1-2-1 coaching?
Due to changes by Southwark Council, local tennis coaches can no longer run their own coaching programmes in Southwark Parks. However, privileged enough to own or have access to a private tennis court or can travel outside of the Bourough?
If so, Peak Force Tennis will come to you. We can offer you our 1-2-1 and Cardio tennis service at a location of your choosing.
